"Laura Guerrero is exactly the type of customer service representative you want on the other end of the line when you call in with a problem. She is warmly attentive, listens carefully, asks intelligent relevant questions and then immediately goes about rectifying the situation. As per escrow requirements I had home owners insurance with State Farm. During the 14-year period I was unimpressed with the level of service and had vowed never to use them again. Information was sketchy and conflicting. When I called to terminate the contract because the house was sold I enquirer about insurance coverage to transport my belongings to Florida. This would still have been within the time frame of the contract. Coverage was denied. I did not receive any confirmation letter terminating the contract but assumed that this was because it was associated with escrow and escrow had closed. Wrong! Two weeks ago I received a renewal contract effective July this year. Totally exasperated and fortuitously got Laura Guerrero. She quickly ascertained that there was no record of any conversation terminating the contract. Apologizing profusely she asked for written confirmation of the sale of the house. Within minutes of receiving the document she had resolved the issue. I profoundly regret that I did not meet her or someone like her during the fourteen years I was with State Farm. Perhaps if they were to employ more Lauras I might consider using them again in the future. Thank you very much Laura and best wishes."

"My family and I have been with this branch of State Farm for around ten years and in the recent 3 it’s been pretty unsatisfactory. The main issue being the inconsistency and extreme lack of organization and coordination. Some examples, but not limited to: 1.I have emailed and called repeatedly (8 times ish) to have a document sent over or verified and they will say they do it and never do. 2. Today I had asked for more documents for taxes and I was told it was too many (7 documents) so I clarified and it’s not that they couldn’t but (Cruz) chose not to. 3. Told me insurance was active but was not and was extremely uncoordinated with other departments within their own offices. Due to these reasons and more I have decided and suggest to others to try other branches and an office that is consistent and does its job."
