As a Registered Representative, you’ll do more than recommend investments—you’ll help clients translate goals into a clear plan, then stay engaged as those plans evolve. If you’re the kind of professional who enjoys asking great questions, educating clients in plain language, and building relationships that last, this is your lane.

At Robert Casares Insurance and Financial Services, Inc., we believe business growth happens the right way through consistent service, education, and referral partnerships—supported by the structure and tools you need to do your best work.

What Makes This Role Different

  • A consultative process clients actually understand (not a product pitch)
  • A built-in education engine through investment presentations
  • Prospecting + referrals as relationship-building, not pressure
  • Onboarding and support that help you ramp faster with guidance and best practices
  • Compliance that feels like a system, not a scramble
A Day in the Life (What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing)

  • Morning Financial Plan Prep + Client Review
Start by reviewing your current client needs and preparing for upcoming plan meetings. You’ll build and refine recommendations based on client goals, account activity, and current market/regulatory context—so your first client conversation of the day is focused and productive.

  • Midday Prospecting, Referrals, and Scheduling Appointments
In the middle of the day, you’ll spend time growing your pipeline—reaching out to referral sources and prospects, following up on conversations, and coordinating next steps. Your goal is to schedule high-quality appointments by focusing on education and relationship-building (not pressure).

  • Afternoon Client Meetings + Plan Recommendations
Your afternoons are built around client-facing work—holding meetings, conducting financial needs analysis, walking clients through recommendations in plain language, and ensuring their plan is clear, actionable, and compliant. You’ll also confirm follow-ups and document outcomes immediately after meetings.

  • Ongoing referral outreach and new business conversations, supported by your seminar/event presence and client education
  • Always keep records accurate, stay current on market/regulatory updates, and ensure every recommendation is compliant and well-documented
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and standards through documented processes
